Ford Fiesta, The Best Selling Car of Ford Motor Company

After launched their 5 models hatchback car, Ford will announce their next hatchback car called Ford Fiesta.

Ford Fiesta informed to appear on the 17th Indonesia International Motor Show (IIMS 2009) at July, 24 - August, 2 2009.

The car that has been launched in China, schedule to sell in Indonesia market on the coming year 2010 and will compete to the existing city car in Indonesia.

Ford Fiesta is car that has predicate as the best selling model due to be most saleable car of FMC.

New Ford Focus Hatchback In 5 Models

PT Ford Motor Indonesia has lauched their 5 new model of its new Ford Focus that will compete to other hatcback car.

The 5 detail of new Ford Focus model is as follow:
- New Ford Focus 5D 1.8 liter Automatic Comfort, Price Rp. 240 million,
- New Ford Focus 2.0 liter AT Sport , Price Rp. 299 million
- New Ford Focus 5D 2.0 liter AT comfort, Price Rp. 301 million
- New Ford Focus 2.0 liter TDCI AT Sport,Price Rp.329 million)
- New Ford Focus 2.0 liter Automatic Ghia, Price Rp. 337 million

4 of them use gasoline as its fuel but only one that use diesel fuel which is New Ford Focus 2.0 liter TDCI AT Sport.

Yamaha RX King is OVer

PT Yamaha Motor Kencana Indonesia (YMKI) announced to terminate their mass production of Yamaha RX King this year. But at the end of this year Yamaha will release the RX King Limited Edition as the last RX Production and remarks the 30 years of RX King.

However, although the mass production terminated, Yamaha Motor still accept to produce RX King by order.

No information yet about why the RX King terminated.

MPV Proton Exora

Proton will batle in MPV class in Indonesia by launching their new product, Proton Exora. The launching was scheduled at Jakarta Motor Show event, July 2009.

Proton Exora provides 3  rows seater (7 seater) with Headrest on every seater.

The Exora brings engine Campro CPS 1.600 cc that will produce 125 horse powers on 6.500 rpm, with torsion 150 Nm on 4.500 rpm.

Proton claims that Exora will comfort the passenger and also offers the luxury car with reached price.

Honda Freed MPV 7 Seater To Follow Grand Livina

The phenomenal of Grand Livina in the Indonesian car market, may inspired Honda to lunch Honda Freed.

Just like Grand Livina from Nissan, Honda Freed categorized as MPV (multi purpose vehicle) with 7 seater.

The name Freed itself has a meaning “Free Do” so that the passenger can move in cabin everywhere freely, especially for kids can play for free.

The Freed use engine 1.500 cc i-VETC, standard Euro4 and looks high class.

About the price, no information about the Honda Freed.

Suzuki Dynamatic 125 Is Suzuki SkyDrive 125

Suzuki Indonesia schedulled to release its new motor cycle called Suzuki Dynamatic in the next April 2009.

The name of Dynamatic combines between two word “Dynamic” and “automatic” that reflect the users caracter.

The Suzuki Dynamatic actually is Suzuki Sky Drive which has been marketed in Thailand last year.

Why Suzuki Indonesia change the name ? Because Suzuki Indonesia has already product with name sky which is Sky Wave, so if using the work “Sky” will confuse the costomers.

About the price the Dynamatic plans to sell about 13 million rupiah.

The Malaysian’s car product Proton Saga shcedulled to come in Indonesia about 19 March 2009. This come in is about too late because in Malaysia self has launched in Januari 2009.

Proton Saga comes with engine 1.300 cc with Lotus Technology.

While for pricing, the Saga will be sell about 100 - 140 million rupiah.
