2010 KIA Rio CKD Taxi in Indonesia

Beside KIA New Picanto EX and KIA Forte, KIA also will bring 2010 KIA Rio to Indonesia.

However, KIA Rio is intended to meet the need of Taxi car in Indonesia.
KIA Rio will come to Indonesia in the CKD form to low the price.
This car would be equipped with engine 1.4 liter and 1.6 liter.

KIA Forte To Come in Indonesia

KIA car, KIA Cerato Forte, predicted to come in Indonesia. However the PT Kia Mobil Indonesia (KMI), authorized KIA dealer in Indonesia, has not confirm yet about the Forte Type.
KIA Forte is the most demand and populer car in several countries such as Singapore, Malaysia, Europe, and Korea.
The price of KIA Forte, also has not been revealed yet.

New KIA Picanto EX Facelift Indonesia

KIA also will to launch a mini car in Indonesia.
The KIA trusty weapon would be New KIA Picanto EX Facelift.
There is no much different between the old Picanto and new Picanto.
The New KIA Picanto EX would be launched on January, 27 2010 with price about 115 million rupiah.

Kia Kee To Battle with Mazda MX-5 and Toyota FT-86

Beside K7 Cadenza, KIA is also set to launch a sport car, KIA Kee.
In the sport class, the Kee is going to battle with Mazda MX-5 and Toyota FT-86.
The two doors car sport owns platform same as Hyundai Genesis Coupe and will have 4 cylinder machine.

KIA Cadenza a.k.a KIA K7 To Replace KIA Amanti

KIA set to launch of their new sedan in Riyadh Motor Show 2009 this December.
The Sedan that predicted to replace Amanti, in Korea named K7 has name KIA Cadenza.
The Cadenza set also to sell in ASEAN, Middle East, China and America Latin.
The price of K7 predicted will under Amanti price about under USD26,000.

Price of KIA Soul Off The Road (OTR) in Indonesia
PT KIA Mobil Indonesia (KMI) plans to sell KIA Soul in Indonesia.
The KIA Soul to bring will be in automatic and manual transmission.
1600 cc DOHC CVVT is KIA Soul engine which will produce power of 124 PS at 6300 rpm. Maximum torque, which can be achieved for 15.9 kg.m at 4300 rpm.
For safety rider, the Soul was equipped with a single driver airbag and seat belt on every seat passengers.

Hyundai - KIA got 4th position on First Semester 2009

The South Korean car maker Hyundai-KIA recorded the fantastic sale on the first semester of 2009 by booked 2.153.000 sales and rank on number 4 behind Toyota (3.564.105), General Motors(3.552.722), and Volkwagen (3.100.300).

KIA Cerato To Fight Honda City

KIA Indonesia prepared to bring the US and North Korea car, KIA Cerato. However the KIA side has not in certain about the time to bring the car that designed look ike Honda City.
The Coreto will use engine 200 cc, twin-cam, CVVT with manual transmision 5 speeds and automatic transmision 4 speeds.
The price of KIA Cerato predicted would be 180 million rupiah.

New Kia Sorento With New sat-nav system And MP3 and iPod Connectivity

KIA schedulled to unveiled its new Kia Sorento at Seoul Motor Show at Mei 2009. The new Sorento promises better body frame and will equipped with a six, eight or 10-speaker audio system.
The KIA Sorentp also will has MP3 and iPod connectivity, plus built-in or external amplifier and a new sat-nav system with a 6.5-inch screen.
Beside that the Sorento will plug with remote controls for the audio system are mounted on the steering wheel.
