TVS Tormax 150 a.k.a TVS Vertex With Code Name TVS N54 Coming Soon

PT TVS Motor Company Indonesia (TMCI) confirmed to bring an underbone bike in Indonesia, TVS Tormax 150.
TVS Tormax 150 is new name of TVS Vertex Concept and registred with code name TVS N54.
The competitor of Suzuki Satria F150 expected to release on May this year and it will be made in Indonesia.
The name Tormax means Maximum Torque.
However, TMCI have not revealed the price projection and detail specifications of the bike except to bring 150 cc engine.

TVS reported just released their new Apache RTR 180 with ABS system (Anti Lock Braking System);
TVS Apache RTR 180 ABS claimed as the fist bike used ABS System to prevent slippage and effective braking, particularly in wet and muddy road conditions.
In India, the ABS bike cost about 78000 rupee and non-ABS bike cost about 10000 rupee.

TVS Apache RTR 180 India With ABS (Anti Lock Brake System) Released

TVS join with Continental AG Germany reported to release TVS Apache RTR 180 ABS in India.
The bike will use ABS (Anti Lock Brake System) technology and it’s to become the first TVS bike equipped with ABS technology.
The engine of TVS Apache RTR 180 ABS is of course 180cc.
Continental AG would create Hydraulic Electronic Control Unit (HECU) to monitor the wheels on this vehicle.
In India, TVS Apache RTR 180 ABS projected to cost 8000 rupee higher than the standard edition and expected to release on February 2011.

PT. TVS Motor company Indonesia (TVSMCI) have been introduced the sport underbone, TVS Vertex, at JMS 2010 ago and it set to release on 2011.
The bike predicted to fight with Suzuki Satria F150.
TVS Vertex would come with engine capacity 150 cc.

TVS Wego reported to release the new version of TVS Wego in India on January or February 2011.
The release place of New TVS Wego is Tamil Nadu India.
In 2009, the first time Wego introduced, this car booked about 12,.000-15,000 units per month.
The production capacity at this time is about 12,000 unit and it would increased to become about 20,000 units.
Although TVS Wego displayed at Jakarta Motorcycle Show (JMCS) 2010 ago, but PT TVS Motor Company Indonesia (TMCI) seem not interest to bring the bike in Indonesia.

TVS Wego India Scooter, Not To Sell in Indonesia

PT TVS Motor Company Indonesia (TMCI) confirmed would not sell TVS Wego, a scooter India, in Indonesia.
Although TVS Wego displayed at akarta Motorcycle Show (JMCS) 2010 Jakarta Convention Center (JCC) Senayan,it is not recommended due the material body is not suitable in Indonesia. It is used from stainless still instead of fiber.
Apart of that 12 inch wheel is not common in Indonesia that used 14-16 inch of wheels.
While, the engine of the scooter TV Wego is about 109,7 cc 4-strokes single cylinder OHC air cooled.

TVS reported launched their new facelift bike, New TVS RockZ 125 cc Facelift at Jakarta Motorcycle Show (JMCS) 2010.
The motorcycle comes in new stripping look dynamic and aggressive.
The New TVS RockZ 125 cc comes with several features such as waterproof Integrated Music System (IMS) with MP3 Player and FM Radio.
The bike is available in four different for racing wheel which are Burning Red, Flaring Black, Glowing Blue, & Flamming White and also two colors for spoke wheel which are Burning Red and Flaring Black.
The price of New TVS RockZ 125 cc is still the same with the old one which are 12.4 million rupiah for spoke wheel and 13.7 million for racing wheel.

The motorcycle 180cc would use engine 4-stroke with EFi technology, displacement 177.4 cc, power 17.3 PS @ 8.500 RPM, Torsi 15.5 Nm @ 6.500 RPM and manual transmission 5 speeds.
The price projection of TVS Apache RTR 180 in Indonesia expected to under 20 million rupiah.

The design of TVS Qube 2.0 is smaller thatn Honda BeAt or Yamaha Mio.
The engine of the Cube 2.0 is hybrid single cylinder 4-tak forced air cooler SOHC 87.8 cc to generate power 5 bhp at torsi 5.8 Nm.
